I've stepped out of bounds. The bounds being the city limits of Corning.
Just up the hill, behind Corning Community College is Spencer Crest Nature Center.
That's where my daughter invited me to go, along with my grandsons and several friends...
Just a short, beginner walk...

Looks like a neat place to hang out Kathleen. We have a 54 acre nature preserve that's exactly one mile from our house. I'll get back there when the bugs die down a bit.
