Bird and beads at Soulshine Studio.

Benjamin Patterson Inn ~ one of my favorite places to take photos, particularly using Hipstamatic.

Beautiful garden at the Radisson...

Magnificent skies this late summer...

The beauty of a beehive. Be sure to click on this one for an enlargement. I'm including it because it is on the property where my apartment is located. Photo reprinted with permission from Deb Combs.

Firepower ~ look closely!

Part of a gaggle of geese, littering sidewalk.

Fly away. Fly away home, geese.

A sure sign of summer. Where are all the usual 'swimmers'?

Headed back to Pennsylvania...

The Patterson Bridge crosses the Chemung. A multi-million dollar renovation/repair project.

Turn around and there in the distance is the Centerway Walking Bridge ~ also currently being renovated ~ and just behind it, the Brisco Bridge.

The beginning and the ending of many of my walks.

CORNING NY STEP BY STEP is now on Facebook. LIKE it and you’ll see when I post a new entry to that blog, plus there will be extra photos of people, places and things of Corning, New York that didn’t make it into the blog itself.

    1. Daniela, I assume you are referring to Corning NY's nomination as finalist for Most Fun Small City (Rand McNally competition) that I referred in my September 13, 2013 post. Thanks so much for all your kind words.
