A bit of Corning's Southside

It’s been a mild winter as far as I’m concerned and yesterday it got warmer. Now I can start my outdoor walks again. Took a long one yesterday venturing out of Corning into Riverside and the outskirts of Painted Post.

Today I asked my daughter to drop me at the corner of State and West Fourth Streets.

East Fourth, just before Cedar, is where my daughter and I first lived when we moved here about 1992. In this house...

Is spring just around the corner?
